Business Process Map
Building a business process map allows you to divide all processes into main and auxiliary ones, determine the sequence of the main process in accordance with the life cycle of the line of business. Executed in IDEF0 notation


Business process models
Direct modeling of business processes allows you to identify participants, distribute their functions, reflect various directions and decision-making, initial, intermediate and final events, documents and deadlines. Executed in BPMN 2.0 notation



Reports on the results of business process modeling
The report includes a description of the results of the interview, and in the case of reengineering, a description of how it was AS IS, with the identification of bottlenecks and agreed changes in business processes TO BE. As well as a separate description of each business process with the allocation of inputs and outputs
